Angelina: Southbound thru-hikers are around Harpers Ferry these days. We missed 8 by a day when we visited. The AT Conservancy (oversees trail for Nat. Park Service) HQ is in Harpers Ferry too and well worth checking out. (Wanted to include in video, but ran out of time/megabytes.)

Absolutely awesome! I'm a huge fan of Harper's Ferry because of all the hip-cause-their-grungy Appalachian trail hikers. Good luck!
